Kelly’s most rewarding achievements are being a wife [to Christopher] and mother to their two sons, Carmine and Roman. She and her business partner, Megan Ryan, were honored to have been recognized as one of Chicago's most dynamic [women] leaders in the Real Estate industry by CS Modern Luxury magazine in September of 2020 for being leading influencers and contributors to their communities.
In September 2020, after eleven years working in the Real Estate industry, Kelly became a partner of the Zimmerman Group and closed out her most successful year in sales, at just under $15,000,000 in buyer/seller transactions. She received her Broker's License from the Chicago Association of Realtors in 2013 and joined the Zimmerman Group [now with Keller Williams ONEChicago] as a western suburban expansion agent after having been an administrative assistant to more than 1,000 agents at a Chicago brokerage, for five years prior.
As a lifelong and current resident of Riverside, it made the most sense to strictly focus her business and expertise in the Chicago western suburbs, where she lives, is personally invested in the market, and has consistently closed more than $12 million (on average) in transactions supporting buyers, sellers and investors in Real Estate, annually.
